Graduating high school seniors whose parents are members of the Valhalla Civic Association are eligible to apply for the VCA Community Service Scholarship.  The award is given to a student or students who have demonstrated outstanding community service.  The award will be given based on the information submitted on the application as well as any supporting documentation.
